A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION MAIL, CURATED JUST FOR YOU! Every month, you’ll receive an envelope filled with exclusive goodies—stickers, bookmarks, greeting cards, and more—curated around a special exhibit theme, announced at the start of each month.

 

Museum Guide: 

Opening Day (Shipping Date): The 20th of each month (If you join in April, your first envelope arrives in May! Please allow about a week for delivery.)
Ticket Renewal (Billing Date): The 10th of each month


Important Visitor Info:

When you sign up, you're paying for the next month’s goodies. Example: If you subscribe in April, you’re securing May’s package—this gives me time to prepare inventory!

No tracking numbers – To keep costs low, envelopes are sent via stamps, ust like classic snail mail. Expect about a week for delivery.

Need to update your address? Do so in your account settings at least 30 days before moving. If it's urgent, email me!


FAQs from Curious Guests:

Q: Why do I get charged right away when I sign up, even though I won’t get goodies until next month?
A: Your first charge secures next month’s items! Example:

  • March 15: You sign up → Your first payment secures April’s package
  • April 10: You get billed for May’s package
  • April 20: Your April package ships

If you cancel on April 11, you'll still get both April and May’s goodies, but you won’t be charged on May 10th. It balances out!

Buyers are responsible for providing full legal name and an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If you have specific delivery instructions, email me here or leave a message at check out.

If an item is returned back to me due to inaccurate shipping address, I'm happy to resend it to you. Keep in mind you'll be responsible for shipping charges once more.

Standard ( with or without tracking) : 3-7 business days

Priority: 1 business day

International

Standard: 21-28 business days

I ship internationally. Shipping costs vary from locations and package weights and are calculated at check out. You may be subjected to pay additional custom fees depending on where you order from. Check with your local custom office if you have further questions. Unfortunately, I’m not responsible for any custom fees.

FAQ

What is your return and exchange policy?

Unfortunately, I DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. For changes or cancellation, please email me here ASAP or within 24 hour of placing your order. Once shipped, all sales are considered final. 

How do I track my order?

Tracking codes will be sent to your email after your order has been processed and shipped. If you choose the option to ship with stamps (free), there won't be any tracking.

Lost or stolen packages.

I'm not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like a reshipment of a new order due to it being lost during transition, please contact me, I'm more than happy to cancel or reship your order. Keep in mind you may be responsible for shipping charges once more.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

I'm happy to send a replacement to you, please contact me with your order numbers and a picture of the product.
